Biography

Sandra Wysocki Capplis received a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Wysocki Capplis graduated in the top 16% of her law school class, was a published member of the Suffolk University Law Review, and received numerous awards for oral advocacy. Ms. Wysocki Capplis began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Unit of the Worcester District Attorney’s Office, where she regularly appeared before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. Ms. Wysocki Capplis handles complex medical malpractice actions in the State and Federal Courts and has extensive experience in conducting and defending depositions and preparing cases for trial. Ms. Wysocki Capplis is also the Director of Appeals and Complex Motions for the firm and her practice includes handling and overseeing all appeals and motions involving Daubert/Lanigan, summary judgment, and other complex or novel issues.
